Business insurance for the trades

Insurance, but upfront.

Rates that jump every renewal. Exclusions buried on page 40. Nobody picks up at 6 a.m. when the job needs a certificate. We show you everything — the exclusions included.

Two minutes. We're licensing in Florida now — you'll hear from a licensed agent the moment we can place your coverage.

Three steps to covered

Three steps, no phone tag. The whole thing is designed so the paperwork never becomes your problem.

STEP 01

Tell us about the work

Your trade, your crew, the jobs you actually take — heights, chemicals, subcontractors and all. We show you the classification we file and why, because the wrong one is what gets claims denied later.

STEP 02

See what's covered — and what isn't

We compare carriers and put the exclusions next to the coverage, side by side, before you pay. No fine print revealed at checkout, nothing added quietly afterward.

STEP 03

Get covered, with proof in hand

Bind online and pull your certificate yourself — 6 a.m. included. Add certificate holders any time, and we re-send certs before they expire. This is the flow we're building toward; today step three is a licensed agent placing it for you.

Built different, on purpose

Every line below is a commitment we publish openly — so you can hold us to it.

What we're building

Certificates without the callback

The COI your property manager demands, self-serve, around the clock — because the job starts when it starts, not when an office opens at nine. This is the first thing we're shipping.

surprise exclusions

What's covered — and what isn't — in plain English, before you pay. Not on page 40 after a claim.

When it goes wrong

A human at claim time

Software does the paperwork. A real person answers at bind and at claim — never a dead line on your worst day.

Everything we know,
before you pay.

Most agencies show you a price and keep the exclusions for later.
We put both on the same screen.

Five promises, in writing

Most insurers are sealed boxes. These are published where you can hold us to them.

01

Zero surprise exclusions

What's covered and what isn't, in plain English, before you pay a cent. If we wouldn't cover it, you'll know on the first screen — not after a claim.

02

Certificates without waiting on us

Your COI, self-serve, at 6 a.m. before the job. Speed of paperwork is the product, so it is the first thing we build.

A human at bind and at claim

Software for the busywork; a real person at the two moments that decide everything. Never a dead line on your worst day.

04

No rate-shock and run

If your renewal jumps, we re-shop it across our carriers automatically and show you the math — not a doubled bill and a shrug. Same for audits: we check your numbers mid-year so year-end never ambushes you.

Everything in human language

Every policy term translated. If we can't explain it simply, we don't expect you to sign it.

We speak human

Same sentence, twice. First the way your policy says it — then the way it actually affects you.

Here's the one thing this policy doesn't cover. Read it before you buy.
You'll get your certificate yourself, at 6 a.m., without asking us first.
If the price needs to change, we'll tell you why — before it does.

Built for the
hardest markets.

Nowhere gets dropped, non-renewed, and rate-shocked like small trades businesses in the toughest states. We built for those conditions first — because an agency that works there works anywhere.

Tell us your trade and we'll show you what your coverage actually costs, what it excludes, and what it takes to keep it.

Honest answers

What do you actually sell?

Nothing yet — we're not licensed. The plan: small-business coverage for the trades (general liability, workers' compensation, commercial auto, tools & equipment) placed with established, rated carriers, with Flannable as your agency. Florida first.

Who writes the policy?

Licensed carriers, never the agency. We're building an independent agency, which is what lets us re-shop you across carriers at renewal instead of handing you one take-it-or-leave-it number.

Do I have to talk to anyone?

That's the design: quote, bind, and certificates self-serve, with a licensed human for claims, audits, and renewals — the moments that actually decide things. Right now we're pre-licence, so the first conversation is a real person either way.
